Creative By Design
Creative By Design is a student centered exhibition that is designed to explore and bring awareness to the variety of different elements and ideas that make up the world of design.
Our goal is to not simply explore the traditional ideas of what is design such as graphics, interior and fashion, but also explore areas of design that aren't necessarily thought of as design such as programming, robotics, engineering, etc. By exploring a very Democratic ideal of the nature of design CBD hopes to facilitate conversation within the community about how design effects each and everyone of us everyday. Design may simply be thought of as utilitarian, however, what makes design so successful and ingrained in our lives and society are the creative ideas, ingenuity, and artistry within each piece.
