Creative Campus

Okay, so this isn't a Creative Campus project and we can't even take any credit as a collaborator, BUT we're excited about this event and want you to know about it FOR SURE!

The University of Alabama School of Music is proud to present “Kansas”, one of the most famous and widely recognized rock bands of our generation. Yes, “Kansas” will  present “Carry on my Wayward Son”, “Dust in the Wind” and many more of their famous hits live in the Moody Concert Hall, Thursday and Friday night September 9^th and 10^th, 2010, 7:30 p.m. in these full length concerts. (This is the Penn State football weekend).

The band will be presented in the “kick-off” engagement of their 2010 collegiate symphony tour, performing live with backup provided by The University of Alabama Huxford Symphony Orchestra.  Tickets are on sale now and may be purchased by calling 205-348-7111, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (CDT).  If lines are busy, please email: jgrant@music.ua.edu or khwright@as.ua.edu expressing your interest in tickets and you will be contacted.
