A New Face for Creative Campus' Web Presence
After a lengthy process the Creative Campus website renovation has finally come to a point of "completion". That word is used loosely as this site is meant to evolve with time and what is complete now may not be complete tomorrow.
That being said, we have reached a major milestone and hope that our website can better serve our users now and into the future.
The site is built with valid xHTML/CSS markup using the most current W3C standards and design practices. It also boasts the fact that it uses CSS3 techniques for styling and degrades gracefully for those browsers that do not yet support this cutting edge upgrade to the CSS language.
Aside from that the engine of the site runs on Drupal, a world-wide, award winning CMS solution that is used by both Warner Bros™ and Mattel™ along with thousands of other organizations around the world.
Lastly, just for show JQuery and a bit of Ajax provide some polish to the interface and user interaction with the site to makes things easier, more simple, and visually pleasing.
The entire goal aesthetically and experience-wise for this site was to 'pop' and be simplistic and easy on the eyes.
Organizationally the site is structured in a way so that users can easily find whatever they are looking for using the re-structured navigation and of course the search box feature.
As with all things, we expect this site to evolve and grow from what it is now into an even more outstanding representation of Creative Campus and its mission.
