The Dome - 2011

An online extension of the ideas and goals that Creative Campus is built upon, The Dome aims to deliver local and personal expressions of creativity to University of Alabama students and Tuscaloosa residents.
So what do we mean by creativity? Obviously, we love what is traditionally recognized as "the arts," but there is so much more: an engineer's inventions, a programmer's video games, a baker's delicacies, branding a product, developing a fundraiser, figuring out what you want to do with your life! We have students writing about these things and more.
We currently exist as a sort of "e-zine," spanning from journalistic arts articles, to blogs, to a full local art events calendar. However, multimedia projects are in progress and we look forward to expanding our content within multiple mediums.
More than anything, we want The Dome to be an interactive space, where we hear from the Tuscaloosa community (students and residents) and grow from your feedback and contributions. If you have a comment, a criticism, a partnership, or any other kind of idea, please let us know!
