The Hero Next Door
Creative Campus Initiative, in Co-Sponsorship with Honors College, produced the premiere screening of the documentary “The Hero Next Door.” The screening took place at 205 Gorgas Library, March 3. Over 75 students, faculty, and community guests attended.
The “Hero Next Door” was created within a film documentary course led by Billy Field. The course was designed for students to find someone in our community who has made a difference through an act of courage or kindness. Six student films were featured.
