Sophia Jones
Sophia Jones tries to live her life like the sun – setting her sights high, burning to be brilliant, and vowing to always rise again (even after things get a little stormy). Sophia inherited her mom's Greek compassion and her dad's Southern soul. When confronted with an obstacle, Sophia follows James Brown's advice and tries to get up off of her thang and dance 'til she feels better. Sophia does not understand rap music, people who get tattoos of cartoon characters, or the majority of technology. Sophia finds herself wondering if she could be the love child of Paula Dean and Mick Jagger because of her unfaltering belief in the power of a home-cooked meal and rock-n-roll. Sophia has an affinity for the ocean (she dressed as Aerial for five consecutive Halloweens) and could spend her entire life going barefoot. Sophia is currently nursing her addiction to red-velvet cupcakes and will burst into flames if she has to endure listening to one more Nickleback song. To Sophia, having an honest heart is just about the most beautiful thing in the world (second to her dog Bella.) Sophia hopes that ,in twenty years, she will be writing an amazing column for an amazing magazine and will be able to vouch for Jiminy Cricket when he claims that dreams come true.
